I am trying to e-file my tax return but I do not have a current Driver's license or State ID (I only have my passport). The skip button is missing so I cannot advance

Turbotax's help link "What if I don't have one of these" says that there should be a skip button after selecting Driver's license or state id, but the button is just missing and I cannot move forward.

have you tried scrolling down on that window? sometimes the window is larger that what can be displayed a one time.

Yes, I have scrolled up and down, and it's not present.
