I am trying to do a final review and file electronically, but it gets hung up and spins. The only way I can get out is to log off and log back in still spins at review.

Try clearing cache and cookies on your web browser. If that does not help then change your web browser to one of these you are not currently using, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge
