I am trying to complete my return and file but when I press file the screen goes blank white. I have refreshed numerous times and cleared cookies and cache.

What version are you using--Online TurboTax or desktop software?

If desktop, Windows or Mac?

Does the whole screen go white, or is it a popup that is blank?

I am using the desktop version - deluxe to be exact.

i tried to file again but I still have the blank screen when I got to complete and finish payment.

 

I called into customer service and the agent suggested all of the following, clearing cache and cookies, update browser, use different browser, as well as give it a day and try again.

Your screenshot is the "Online" software

....not the "Desktop" that is installed directly onto a computer.

 

The clear cache/cookies, might well work for "Online" software...probably wouldn't do anything for Desktop.

If you're using Online TurboTax, did you happen to buy the desktop version but used the Online version by mistake, or did you just make a mistake when you called it "desktop?"

 

Anyway, does anything change if you let it sit for 2-3 minutes while you take a break?  Or does it continue blank for several minutes?

Also, do you use any ad blockers or script blockers?  If so, you might try disabling them.   I know you've tried different browsers, but have you tried using your browser in a "Private browsing" window (aka, incognito mode)?

Also, if you are using a VPN, you might try without the VPN.
