I am stuck on this "How much of your 2021 estimated state taxes did you pay in 2022?" I don't know how to estimate that or where to look. Please help. I'm alone on this

I just have no idea how to estimate this or where to look on last year's return. I'm completely lost on this and I know I'll need help with this one for the next one as well as it's the same question except it's not state I believe it's federal which I also don't know the answer to because I don't know where to look

You likely have no estimated payment so you would enter $0.

Estimated payments are generally made by self-employed persons who don't have a W2 job that withholds taxes.

You would know if you made estimated payments because you would have sent money to the IRS during 2022 by check or electronic payment.

If you are not familiar with estimated tax, then enter Zero.

you didn't pay any estimated tax at any time.
