I am stuck on 1099-B. It buffers for a long time. I don't know what I am suppose to do. I click Continue, it refreshes and stays on the page and doesnt let me go further.

When it is buffering, try clicking the reload page icon that resembles a partial circle with an arrow next to the URL address line.
