I am stuck in the deductions in a loop for dozens of charities even though I already imported from itsdeductable, how do I restart deductions and get out of this loop?

Can you clarify what is happening?  After you imported from It's Deductible, are you being asked to review the charitable donations that imported, or are you seeing your donations from last year?
