I am single, with no dependents and the other items do not apply either, but they say I have Schedule 3, Nonrefundable Credits. How do I get this fixed?

I had this exact problem yesterday. I had to speak to someone on the phone in order to figure it out. I was told it was something out of the ordinary on my W-2 she was able to fix it and I was able to e-file at no cost to me. Good luck!
