I am self-employed, can I pay less estimated taxes for 2019 as suggested on the forms generated by TurboTax? Thank you

Yes, the 2019 estimated tax vouchers that generate with your tax return are suggested amounts based upon your tax return information for 2018. The estimated vouchers are not disclosed anywhere.  If you feel that the amounts should be different, then you can pay different amounts. Just know that you could face underpayment penalties on your return for 2019 if you do not pay enough.
