I am self employed. can i file with only the 1040ez?

How do i deal w "Employer information/ ID number of employer"?

No, you cannot use an IRS Form 1040EZ if you are self-employed. You must use an IRS Form 1040 to file the necessary schedules with your tax return. Self-employment tax reporting requires both Schedule C, Profit or Loss from Business (Sole Proprietorship), and Schedule SE, Self-Employment Tax (or the EZ versions of these schedules).

If you are self-employed and do not have employees, your Social Security Number is your employer ID.
