Go to this Social Security website for the Form W-4 V to withhold federal income taxes - https://www.ssa.gov/manage-benefits/request-withhold-taxes

Yes, there is a form to request voluntary withholding from your Social Security Benefits. It is titled W4-V (Voluntary Withholding Request) and can be obtained from your local Social Security office or via the IRS website.    https://www.irs.gov/forms-pubs/about-form-w-4-v

Unlike the W4 for payroll, you will only be able to choose a certain percentage of federal tax to be withheld.  Turbo Tax offers a Tax Calculator  (https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/)  which will help you determine the correct percentage.
