I am refiling a rejected return due to incorrect AGI. When i go to refile, it shows the total AGI for me and wife under each of our names, is this correct?

or should that be my AGI under my name and her AGI under her name?

The AGI should be the same for both you and your spouse on a joint return (i.e. the total AGI reported on the 2017 return).  Don't split the AGI amount between you or enter 0 for one of you.
