I am ready to file with the exception of form 8889t. Is date for availability still 1/ 26? Also, am I required to file form 1099SA? Have only used HSA for qualified exp.

You must report your expenses and check the box that says that you only paid qualified expenses.  Otherwise, the IRS will assume the distribution is not qualified and will send you a tax bill.  The form is still scheduled for the 1/26 update but I don't know if that means morning or evening.

I have all my information complete except trubo tax says I need form 8889-T and that form will not be ready until 1/26/17. It is now 1/30/17 and I have not received my e-mail notice and can not find out any information on the delay.
