I am prompted to review 1099-B transactions, but nothing needs review.

I have a list of 49 transactions that were imported from my broker. I have gone through and cleared the "needs review" for each one of them, but I still can't proceed. It tells me "NEEDS REVIEW", but when I click to review, there's nothing to do.
