I am not sure why I can't get passed this 104AD screen?

It is asking me to fix my CO tax and to enter my tuition amount and ss#

 Go to My account>Tools>delete a form

and delete the form that needs to be deleted ( In this case the 104AD). That should allow the CX to get through the Colorado State Return.
