I am not sure I did my taxes correct? I have always qualified for earned income credit and I made a little less this year but why would that make me ineligible?

I don’t understand?

Having lower Earned income or fewer dependents could eliminate eligibility. See https://www.irs.gov/credits-deductions/individuals/earned-income-tax-credit-eitc
