I am not receiving a discount even though I am an 8 year customer, veteran and a chase customer. Can you please provide service code

If the discount you are wanting is from Chase, then you have to enter turbotac through Chase's website to get the discount.I know of no discount offered for being a long-time user of turbotax or of being a veteran.
