I am not having any success downloading my prior year taxes from my computer to Turbo Tax. When I open up the download, it says "We can't preview". Anyone who can help?

What are you trying to do?   From your computer to where?  From your computer would be uploading, not downloading.   Did you use the Desktop program to do them?   What files do you have?   The pdf file or the .tax20yy files?
