I am my granddaughters guardian the state gives 381 per month support where do i put it?

where do i claim the child support given by the state of California for my grand daughter   381.00 per Month

You probably don't include it in your return.  Payments like these that come from a state Foster service are usually not taxable.  If it was never reported on a 1099, a W2, or other similar tax document, you will not need to report that money on your tax return at all.
