I am moving to Mexico and need to cancel my subscription. I have been going around in circles for 15 minutes.. can you help me cancel?

Subscription to what?  There is no subscription for the Online version.  If you have the Desktop program Advantage plan for auto renewal You can sign into your Turbo Tax Advantage account and under Your Product, select to Remove Product.  Once you remove the recurring product order, the Turbo Tax Advantage subscription will be cancelled as well.

Aside from cancelling your Advantage plan -- if you have one -- if you are a U.S. citizen, you will still be required to file a U.S. tax return that reports your worldwide income even if you live in a different country, so be mindful of that.
