I am married with 2 children. My wife is still waiting for her W2s, but I have all of my information ready to file. Should I wait for hers and file together or separate?

Wait for the W-2.  You do Not want to file as Married Filing Separately since you lose many benefits, file jointly.

The IRS will not even be accepting any type of 2018 tax return until 01/28/2019.

Employers have until 01/31/2019 to provide a W-2.
