I am ineligible to e-file I’m only filing ma state taxes. I can’t seem to find the paperwork to mail it in

I’m a single grandmother raising 3 grandchildren 1 is under 13. It says I’m eligible for $310.

If you are only filing state, you can not file through TurboTax. You have to file the Federal to be able to file the state.
