I am having problems getting into my account. What else can I do?

The wrong email came up while I was trying to finish my taxes. What do I need to do?

If you are having problems accessing your account and issues with your email, you can complete the Account Recovery steps and this should allow you to gain access once more.  Please see below on how to do this:
