I am getting below error Hmm, looks like we hit a slight snag in this section The customercare couldnt fix my issue and when I asked for a return they are denying

I tried 20 times and the customer care also tried in screensharing 3 times with me and still issue persists

Are you using the Desktop program?  I found this one
