I am from NH and don't have to fill out state taxes. So how do I go about this section? I keep seeing a message saying I'm not eligible for e-filing? Thanks for the help!

Yes, you are not requirement to file an NH state income tax return related to wages, you need to make sure that you are not reporting any NH state information related to your W-2 (Boxes 15-20) into TurboTax. (Just leave these boxes "blank", do not put in zeroes "0").

Also, since you do not need to file an NH state income tax return, you will want to delete this state under the state taxes tab. If you cannot delete NH, then just don't pay for the state return nor file a return by mail with NH.
