I am filling out the 1040ez for my deceased son,, i have printed the forms, and i have sighned the 1310. do i need to sighn the 1040ez form any where ?

I'm sorry for your loss. Yes, you do need to sign the return. When there is no executor or administrator, whoever is responsible for filing the return should sign the return and note that he or she is signing "on behalf of the decedent."
