I am filing married filing jointly, and i need to file injured spouse for my husband

When I go through the document it only gives me options as if I'M the injured spouse, and not my husband.

Yes, the person listed first on the return will not be the "injured spouse." If you wish to file Form 8379 for your husband, his information should be entered as the "spouse" under Personal Information.

Use the Search box to find "injured spouse". Clicking on the "jump to" link should take you to a page titled "Innocent or Injured Spouse Relief". Answer this question "Yes."
