I am filing jointly, where can I add my spouses w2 form in the return?

If you are filing a joint return any income screen should have a spot for each spouse.  Click ADD W-2 and it should ask you by name who the W-2 is for.

Same place you add your w-2.   When you enter the form, at the top of the page, TurboTax will ask if this w-2 is for you or your spouse.   Search for W-2, use the jump to w-2 link, click on Add another w-2.  

Yes.  Just go to the income sections of the program and select who the income or form belongs to, by name.
