I am filing for the money I made through Instacart. However I made less than $600 so they did not give me a Form 1099-NEC. What do I put for my income?

I got paid through the app and transferring the money into my bank account. Instacart did not send me a 1099 because I made less than $600 so I don't know what to put for the question "Let's enter the income for your Food delivery driving work"

If you did not get a 1099-NEC, then you would enter your gross receipts made through Instacart as your income for your food delivery work. All of your expenses will be deducted on your Schedule C as well. Your net income on your Schedule C will be your profit (how much you made after you consider your expenses).

There was no place where I could type in a number for income. This is what the question said:

What type of income did you receive for this work? If you received more than one type, we'll enter them one at a time.

COMMON INCOME

Form 1099-NEC, new IRS form for nonemployee compensation (replaces 1099-MISC)

Other self-employed income, includes 1099-K, cash, and checks

LESS COMMON INCOME

Form 1099-MISC, for miscellaneous and nonwork payments

Uncommon income, includes awards, interest, debt previously deducted

It says I have to select one but I wasn't sure since I didn't get a 1099.

I also did not get a Schedule C. Is that something I would find online and fill out myself or would Instacart provide it to me?

Select other self-employed income.  In your case it is considered cash.

After completing the questions, TurboTax will generate the Schedule C as part of your tax return.
