I am filing djointly and i have entered my info from my w2 but i am all the way down to the deductions and credits and it still hasnt asked for my husbands info. why?

If you set up your return correctly as a joint return, each income screen should have spots with each spouse's name.  Click on Add W-2 and the screen should ask which spouse the W-2 is for.  Enter the W-2 under your spouse's name.
