I am filing an individual single return this year due to divorce, the site states to sign out and create a new account. Does this mean to create a new Turbo Tax account login etc ?

Yes, it means to create a whole new account.  Since you are now filing without your spouse, you would need a new account since your joint account would have both of your information in it.
