I am feeling like I messed up my PA tax return, I submitted my stuff on Turbo Tax, but I didnt see any directions about submitting any further documents through mail.

If you've already e-filed your return, then, no, you don't need to send any forms in to the IRS or Pennsylvania unless TurboTax specifically told you to when you filed.
