I am doing the review process of turbo tax and it gets to a blank page and never goes to the filing screen. on both phone and comp. Are there issues with the website?

I cannot get to the e-file part. I tried to call turbo tax, but of course they want $30 to talk to someone about a glitch in their own website. I do not need tax help... but tech support because your product is malfunctioning.

Please try the following steps on your computer which may help clear the blank screens you are experiencing:

  • Log completely out of Turbo Tax.
  • Then, clear your cache and cookies within your browser and completely close out of it.  I have included the Help Articles below if you need assistance with clearing cache or cookies.
  • Re-open the browser and log back into Turbo Tax and see if this fixes the situation.
    • You can also try a different browser as well, or "incognito mode".

If none of the above steps resolve the issue, please reach back out here in the thread and someone will follow up with the next steps.
