I am doing my own taxes but my parent will claim me as dependant, where I have to clarify that in my taxes?

Yes that's very important.  When you are entering your personal info under My Info there is a screen asking if you can be claimed. 

In TurboTax Online, there is a question the "Your personal info" page in the "My Info" section that says:  Another taxpayer can claim me as a dependent on their tax return." You should mark the Yes button.

In TurboTax Desktop, There is a question in the Personal Info section "Do Any of These Apply to [Name]?  One of the options is "Another taxpayer can claim [Name] on their tax return." You should mark the check box for that.
