I am Disabled Social security considers us Married do we file as Married or single or head of house hold

If you are legally married, you only have two choices, Married Filing Separately or Married Filing Jointly. You are not single and Head of Household is only if you lived separately for the last 6 months of the tax year and had a qualifying child or parent you support, among other qualifications.
