I am disabled, my autistic daughter lives with me. I was told I am not allowed to use my SS# as her care provider. So it says I get nothing back. Explain please.

You can claim your daughter as a dependent if you are entering taxable income.  You cannot get the childcare credit for taking care of your own child, if that is what you were trying to do. That credit is for working parents who pay someone to take care of their child so they can work.   You said that you are disabled--did you have any taxable income?  If not, then you do not have to file a tax return, and there is no benefit to doing so.
