I am Craig [removed PII] I have a problem to save my turbo tax file due I don't have a permission to save this file "2023 [removed] Form 1040 Individual Tax Return

Did you see my federal fee $722.00 be deducted from my bank [removed]? This fee should be posted against my bank checking account today, but I don't see this fee being posted. Did you see?

This is a public web site that can be seen by anyone—including scammers and would-be identity thieves who would love to contact you and pretend to be from TurboTax.  Please remove the personal information you posted here ASAP by returning to your post and clicking the three little blue dots on the upper right to edit your post.

No one has access to your tax return or your banking information.    We cannot see if the IRS debited your account.  You are going to have to watch your own account.  And....this is a federal holiday---banks are closed on President's Day.

You didn’t answer my question - I don’t have a permission for saving the file “2023 Burgesen Craig Form 1040 Individual Tax Return” in the folder “2023”. How will I have a permission?

@burgfam11 We have no access to your bank account.  No one at TurboTax knows---or will ever know---if your refund was deposited into your account or if an amount was taken out of your account to pay your tax due.      YOU have to watch your own bank account.
