I am confused about this, Please Help? I am at this entry Form 1099MISC Worksheet. It wants me to put a payers name? I am not sure what I am supposed to put there?

The payer is the person you received the money from. Who sent you the 1099?

If you have a 1099-MISC, the payer is in the upper left hand corner of the form.   If you do not have a 1099-MISC, delete the entry.
