I am claimed as a dependent on my parents tax return. What information do I enter for the 1095-A?

I am claimed as a dependent on my parents tax return and was covered under their marketplace health insurance plan. What information do I enter for the 1095-A portion of my federal return?

You don't enter the 1095-A on your return if you are claimed as a dependent on your parents' return.   It goes on their return.

I'm on my parents' 1095-A form. What do I do on my return?   If you're listed as a dependent on your parents’ tax return, you won't have any health insurance questions to answer on your own return. TurboTax will tell you Since someone is claiming you on their 2024 taxes, you don't have to complete Health Insurance.
