I am being told that I can't efile my state because of some "marihuana" thing that I didn't use but it won't take me back to fix my answer

No one can see your screen or your tax return.  We do not know what state you are working on, nor do we know what "marijuana thing" you are referring to.  You will need to be more specific so that someone can help you.
