I am being charged an underpayment penalty. But I was impacted by a natural diaster. How do I negate the penalty?

To remove the penalty, complete the interview for the Underpayment penalty located under Other Tax Situations.  

Be sure to answer Yes to the question "Do any of these penalty exceptions apply to you?" on the Penalty Waivers screen (as shown below.)
