I am being asked for a code that was supposedly sent by email. I am not receiving any email with a code. Very frustrating. I want my money back!

Make sure that TurboTax is reflecting your correct email address by scrolling down on the left hand side of your screen until you see Intuit Account.  You can change it here by selecting Edit next to your email address.

 

If your email address is correct, check your spam.
