I am attempting to download my 2016 tax return and when I click on the button I am getting this error code. "Error making request to service" Please assist to obtain?

Hi @wendycooley04, the error you are experiencing is caused by your firewall blocking the download. First clear cache and cookies and if you still have the error please review the following information to learn how to allow the TurboTax download. If the problem persists please share a screenshot showing the error so we can do a further investigation. Make sure to hide your personal information when sharing.
