I am an exotic dancer (an independent contractor) but I do not receive a 10-99 from my place of work. I literally have no idea how to file my taxes. Please help.

You should report your income and expenses on Schedule C, Self-employment income and expenses.

Type Schedule C into the search box

Select Jump to schedule C

Enter the information about your business income and expenses.

As an independent contractor you are considered to be in business for yourself.  TurboTax will ask you some questions about your business.  Use your home address for your business, you don't need an Employer Identification Number unless you pay other people, and use the cash basis for accounting.
