I am a tourist in Panama on an extended vacation. I have not established residency, How do I handle the prevention of my continuing to the next page?

In the My Info section of the online tax return, where asked for your resident state you choose the the state where you have your permanent residence from the dropdown.  Where asked if you lived in any other states you answer NO.
