I am a self employed tax preparer and have used TurboTax for several years. Is there a program that will allow me to e-file 10 returns within IRS limitations ?

No.  Paid tax preparers are not allowed to use TurboTax.  That would be a violation of the terms of service  If you are a paid tax professional then you should be using one of the professional versions of the software.

If you are familair with TurboTax, you  may be interested in the ProSeries Basic 20 software:

However, be aware that you need to have a PTIN (free and easy to get) to prepare taxes for pay and an EFIN to be able to e-file tax return (that takes more time to get).

For a paid tax preparer to use TurboTax not only violates the TurboTax license, it against IRS regulations.
