I am a partner in an S corp. TurboTax is saying needs update on K-3 check back for update. I want to file. What do I do?

If you know that you will not have foreign income, you can "uncheck" the box indicating that a K-3 is attached so you can file now.  If you receive a Schedule K-3 later, you may have to amend.
