I am a member of a tribe and work on tribal lands in NM but I don't reside on tribal lands. Could I still qualify for that on my state income taxes?

No, per New Mexico Taxation & Revenue, it states "If you received any of the following income not taxable by New Mexico...you, your spouse, or both are members of an Indian nation, tribe, or pueblo and your income was wholly earned on the lands of the reservation or pueblo of which the individual is an enrolled member while domiciled on that reservation, tribe, or pueblo."
