I am a former employee of a store and I cannot find my w2 from that store. I can't use "paperless employee" since I am not an employee anymore. What do I do?

Have you contacted your employer to see if they can send you a new one?  

If your employer will not issues the correct W-2 you can follow the steps here to get a new one.
