I am a dependent on my parents taxes but I also file my own taxes, how can I figure out my percentages for the policy amounts?

trying to figure out the health insurance marketplace statement.

You don't enter the 1095-A on your return if you are a dependent on your parent's return.   They report 100% of Form 1095-A on their tax return.   See this TurboTax FAQ
