I already used the irs.gov/payments site to pay my federal dues, and now I'm being asked by TurboTax for a payment at the File section of my 2018 taxes. What do I do?

Just indicate that you will pay your taxes by check. This option will let you proceed with e-filing. It will also supply you with information on remitting voucher and payment. Obviously, you can ignore this.
